Legitimacy

Since 1991, HIRRS has provided supports and services to individuals in this region of Maryland and the District of Columbia. The agency's main office has always been located in Rockville, Maryland and we operate facilities nearby in Gaithersburg, Montgomery Village, Olney, and Silver Spring. HIRRS programs and facilities are inspected and licensed by the State of Maryland as well as Montgomery County. HIRRS is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3), Not-For-Profit Agency.
